Fiscal Year 2019 Audited Accounts delayed due to Covid-19

The company wants to inform it's shareholders and investors that it expects a slight delay for the finalisation of the audited accounts for 2019 due to the Covid-19 situation where input was required from 3rd parties in different countries and those works got delayed due to the lockdowns.

The company now plans an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to appoint new auditors to the company.
